Today I support 1 Million Cups (1MC), a national entrepreneur education program supported by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. I teach organizers how the program works, help preserve its core and culture, and show them how to get the most from the national technology platform—including building and delivering the virtual training program used to onboard organizers across the country.

For many years before that, I served as the Western Region Representative, supporting more than two hundred volunteers across twenty-two states and helping local communities build stronger startup ecosystems. I founded and organized the 6th 1MC community in the country before taking on the regional role.

I've also planned and presented at multiple national 1MC conferences and provide technical consulting on the national website and community management platform that supports hundreds of administrators and tens of thousands of users each week.
